Return & Exchange Policy

Mortem Tyrannis

At Mortem Tyrannis, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility You may return or exchange most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Free of damage, alterations, odors, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Body armor, ballistic plates, and related protective equipment (for safety and liability reasons)
  • Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content

Exchanges We gladly exchange items for a different size or color when available. To request an exchange:

  1. Email support@mortemtyrannis.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to exchange.
  2. We will provide return instructions and confirm availability of the replacement.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will ship the exchange.

Returns for Refund

  1. Email support@mortemtyrannis.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Mortem Tyrannis is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or defective merchandise).

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mortemtyrannis.com with photos of the issue and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
