We ship orders quickly and reliably so you can get your gear when you need it.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.

*Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — the threshold (if active) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your package through the carrier’s website using the provided number.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Mortem Tyrannis is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Delays While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays can occur due to weather, carrier capacity, or other factors outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us at support@mortemtyrannis.com and we will help investigate.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@mortemtyrannis.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
